Daniel’s thorough, aggressive approach has consistently produced favorable results for clients at all phases of litigation. Daniel also heads the firm’s appellate and writ practice. He has secured favorable published and unpublished opinions from appellate courts throughout the state and in the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he has prepared amicus curiae briefs presenting important issues of law to the courts of appeal and the Supreme Court.

Michael Storti is a litigation attorney representing non-profits and public entities in employment and premises liability matters in both state and federal court. His experience also includes representing parties to class and multi-district litigation involving claims of consumer fraud, unfair competition and product liability.

Canaan Knapp is a civil litigation attorney representing non-profits entities, public agencies, and private companies in areas of employment, civil rights, torts, and contracts. His prior experience included work a local public agency on cases involving allegations of excessive force, dangerous conditions of public property, and appeals of administrative rulings.

Jun Ho Oh is a litigation attorney who represents public and religious entities, as well as nonprofit organizations, in civil rights, employment, contracts, and torts.

Lynn Klinger is a Legal Assistant with the firm. Lynn has been in the legal field for many years and brings a vast array of experience to her work.  Lynn has experience in all types of civil litigation including personal injury, civil defense, and employment law.

Kharis Clementi started her career with FDM as a litigation paralegal, where she has found her niche assisting with discovery and trial preparation.  Kharis is an integral part of the firm’s effort to deliver the best legal services possible.
