Jeremy is an experienced trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in high exposure litigation, in both state and federal courts.  His aggressive and strategic approach has resulted in success for clients throughout the California, and beyond.

When on the defense, Jeremy prides himself on early and thorough investigation. This results in more accurate advice for clients, and more favorable results. He is often engaged before a lawsuit is even filed, allowing him to gain a detailed understanding of all aspects of a potential exposure, getting well ahead of the opposition.

When representing a plaintiff, he is brought in to pursue some of the most difficult cases, often when other attorneys have found the case too complex, or the defendant too intimidating. These cases have led to tens of millions of dollars for his plaintiff-side clients, whether it be through multi-million dollar trial verdicts or settlements.

Jeremy is frequently hired in cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical device defects, and employment-related disputes. In each area, Jeremy has handled cases through verdict. He is also routinely asked to instruct other attorneys on litigation-related strategies and technique.

Jeremy is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and University of California, Berkeley. Prior to his legal career, Jeremy was an elite athlete with the University of California, Berkeley. While there, he competed in multiple NCAA Division I national championships and was awarded all-conference academic honors. Jeremy credits much of his work ethic and focus to his lifelong athletic pursuits.
