Golnar Fozi
For over thirty years, Golnar has represented public entities, churches and non-profits in employment, civil rights and catastrophic injury cases. She handles cases from the claim stage through all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals. Golnar tries cases before juries in federal and state courts, both as a defense attorney securing numerous defense verdicts, and a plaintiff’s attorney securing multi-million dollar verdicts.
Golnar is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, where she received the 1993 Rickert Award for Excellence in Legal Writing for “Interim Modification of Collective Bargaining Agreements in Chapter 11 Reorganization”. She is fluent in three foreign languages: Spanish, French and Persian. She has achieved the highest rating for her litigation skills from the nationally recognized peer review organization, Martindale-Hubbell.
