Tyler Herrera is a civil litigation attorney who represents clients in tort, premises liability, and employment litigation. Tyler has developed a range of litigation experience hailing from his time as an associate at a boutique civil litigation law firm and as post-graduate law clerk with the San Diego District Attorney’s Office. Tyler has worked on a variety of cases ranging from identify theft, fraud, and consumer protection, to contract disputes, employment, and personal injury. Tyler has since leveraged this unique experience and background to focus on representing both public private entities throughout California.
Tyler is a graduate of California Western School of Law, where he received high honors and served as legal research and writing teaching assistant. Tyler also competed on the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and earned recognition as one of the top fifty oralists in the United States. Tyler’s team was one of only fifteen U.S. teams selected to compete in the Global Rounds against top law students from around the world.
Tyler was born and raised in Utah and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Utah. In his free time, Tyler enjoys cooking, fly fishing, watching football, and spending time at the beach with his wife.
