Carlsbad, CA – October 15, 2020. At its annual awards ceremony on October 15, 2020, the North County Bar Association honored Golnar Fozi and Jeremy Dwork as Attorneys of the Year. The victories include a nearly $10,000,000 verdict for a client in medical product liability case; a unanimous defense verdict in a federal civil rights case; a defense verdict against six plaintiffs in an employment discrimination case; and, a defense verdict in a high exposure brain injury case against a $40,000,000 demand at trial.
